Sexual health telehealth programs, under your brand
MyOrbitHealth is the sexual wellness telehealth platform behind branded erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, low libido and STI testing programs. You own the brand, the storefront, the pricing and the patient. MyOrbitHealth supplies what an online ED prescription program cannot legally run on its own: 2,400+ board-certified providers licensed across all 50 states, Orbit Intake with state-aware routing so a visit is asynchronous where the state allows it and video where the state requires it, OrbitRx e-prescribing via Surescripts to a LegitScript-certified network of 503A compounding and retail pharmacies with discreet packaging, and Orbit Labs for provider-ordered STI panels and hormone workups drawn at Quest or Labcorp, at home with a Tasso kit, or by mobile phlebotomy. Providers respond in under six minutes on average during business hours, coverage is 24 hours, and every contract carries HIPAA and a BAA. Managed LegitScript certification is included because sexual health is one of the most ad-restricted categories a telehealth brand can enter. Commercially there is a flat platform fee scoped at onboarding, 0% medication markup, no revenue share, no exit fee and month-to-month terms after onboarding. Programs typically go live in days. This page is general information, not legal or medical advice, and regulatory points are stated as of September 2026.
Who runs what
A sexual health program has two halves: the brand and the clinic. You run the brand. MyOrbitHealth runs the clinical, pharmacy, lab and compliance infrastructure so the program operates the way a licensed practice does. The split below is the one we put in every contract.
| Brand, marketing and pricing | You: own the brand, the storefront design, ad spend, subscription pricing and the patient relationship. / MyOrbitHealth: supplies the branded storefront, checkout and subscriptions, and the native iOS and Android app, with no MyOrbitHealth logo in front of the patient. |
|---|---|
| Intake and state routing | You: choose which programs to offer (ED, PE, low libido, STI testing, any combination) and which states to launch first. / MyOrbitHealth: runs Orbit Intake with condition-specific questionnaires, identity verification, cardiovascular and nitrate screening, and state detection that decides whether the visit can be asynchronous or must be video. |
| Clinical evaluation and prescribing | You: never touch a clinical decision. / MyOrbitHealth: a provider licensed in the patient's state reviews the history, rules out contraindications, decides whether treatment is appropriate and prescribes through OrbitRx. PDE5 inhibitors are not controlled substances; where a program adds anything scheduled, EPCS with two-factor identity proofing is already in place. |
| STI testing and hormone labs | You: decide which panels appear on the storefront and whether patients can self-order from the lab catalog. / MyOrbitHealth: Orbit Labs issues provider-ordered requisitions, offers Quest or Labcorp walk-in, Tasso at-home kits or mobile phlebotomy, and routes results to the ordering provider, who reads them into the plan and handles treatment or referral. |
| Pharmacy and discreet fulfillment | You: set the product menu (sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil, compounded combinations, PE and libido options) with your medical director. / MyOrbitHealth: routes each prescription via Surescripts to a LegitScript-certified 503A compounding or retail pharmacy, with plain packaging and a neutral shipper name, and cold chain where a product requires it. |
| Follow-up and refills | You: see refill, adherence and message status in OrbitOS and run retention. / MyOrbitHealth: providers handle dose adjustments, side-effect messages, refill authorizations and the periodic re-evaluation a subscription program needs, inside the patient portal. |
| Compliance, credentialing and ad certification | You: sign the contract and keep your marketing claims honest. / MyOrbitHealth: NCQA-standard primary-source credentialing with monthly OIG and SAM screening, SOC 2 Type II, HITRUST-aligned controls, HIPAA plus a BAA in every contract, and managed LegitScript certification for your brand. |
What a sexual health program requires, clinically and legally
Sexual health looks simple from the outside: a questionnaire and a pill. In practice it is one of the more scrutinized telehealth categories, because the products are prescription-only, the counterfeit market is large and ad platforms treat the category with suspicion. The points below reflect the rules as we understand them as of September 2026. They are general information, not legal or medical advice, and your own counsel should confirm them for your states and products.
PDE5 inhibitors are prescription-only, and the FDA is active on the gray market
Sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil and avanafil are prescription drugs in the United States. There is no over-the-counter ED pill, and a brand cannot sell one as a supplement. The FDA maintains a running list of sexual enhancement products found to contain undeclared sildenafil, tadalafil or other active drugs, with multiple new warnings issued in 2026 alone; the agency's concern is the interaction with nitrates, which can drop blood pressure to dangerous levels. A program built on licensed prescribers and a LegitScript-certified pharmacy network sits on the right side of that line. A program that ships anything a provider did not prescribe does not, and the ad platforms know how to tell the difference.
Async versus video: the state decides, not the brand
ED, PE and libido treatment are the classic asynchronous telehealth use case, and many states allow a licensed provider to establish a patient relationship and prescribe a non-controlled medication from a questionnaire and a store-and-forward review. Other states require a synchronous audio-video visit before any prescription, and a few restrict questionnaire-only prescribing outright. As of September 2026 the map is still fragmented and changes each legislative session. Orbit Intake reads the patient's state and routes the encounter to the modality that state permits, so a brand does not have to maintain its own rules table or hope a form-only model holds up on review.
Cardiovascular screening before the first prescription
Nitrate use is an absolute contraindication for PDE5 inhibitors, and recent cardiac events, unstable angina, severe hypotension and certain retinal conditions are relative or absolute contraindications depending on the product. A defensible program captures medication history, cardiac history and blood pressure at intake and has a provider read it before prescribing. Where a provider wants a measured blood pressure or a metabolic or hormone workup, Orbit Labs and the mobile phlebotomy option supply it without sending the patient to a competitor.
Premature ejaculation and low libido have their own product rules
Most PE treatment in telehealth uses off-label prescription options and topical anesthetics, and off-label prescribing is legal for a licensed provider but restricts what the brand may say in advertising. For women, flibanserin and bremelanotide are FDA-approved for hypoactive sexual desire disorder in premenopausal women and carry specific counseling requirements, including alcohol guidance for flibanserin. For men, low libido often turns into a testosterone workup, which means labs and, if treatment follows, a Schedule III product and EPCS. The provider network already handles the clinical side; the brand's job is to keep the marketing consistent with what a provider can actually prescribe.
STI testing is a clinical service, not a product listing
A brand can list an STI panel on its storefront, but the order must come from a licensed provider, results must be delivered with clinical context, and a positive result triggers treatment or referral and, in every state, reporting obligations for certain infections that fall on the provider or the laboratory. Orbit Labs handles the order, the draw, the result routing and the provider read. Your brand sees status, not the diagnosis, unless the patient shares it.
Ad platforms, LegitScript and the category penalty
Google, Meta and Microsoft apply extra scrutiny to sexual health advertising, and Google requires LegitScript certification for online pharmacies and for a range of telehealth advertisers. Sexual health copy also collides with adult-content policies, so a certified brand can still lose an ad over wording or a landing page. As of September 2026 our read is that certification is the entry ticket, not a guarantee. MyOrbitHealth prepares, files and manages your LegitScript application through approval; approval typically arrives in days once filed, and LegitScript makes the decision, so it is not guaranteed.
What MyOrbitHealth runs for your sexual health program
Everything below is live product, not a roadmap. A sexual wellness brand that signs today typically launches in days, because the provider network, pharmacy contracts, state routing and lab rails already exist and are configured to your brand rather than built for it.
Orbit Intake for ED, PE, libido and STI patients
Branded questionnaires for erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, low libido in men and women, and STI exposure or screening, plus identity verification and state detection. Intake captures nitrate and cardiac history, current medications and the symptom detail a provider needs, and flags anything that should stop a prescription before the visit is assigned. Where the state requires video, the patient is booked into one without leaving the flow.
Provider Network licensed in all 50 states
2,400+ board-certified MDs, DOs, NPs and PAs across 38+ specialties, including urology, family medicine and women's health, credentialed to NCQA standards with monthly OIG and SAM screening, available 24 hours, with an average response under six minutes during business hours. Asynchronous visits close quickly, which is what a patient buying an online ED prescription expects.
OrbitRx with discreet pharmacy fulfillment
Prescriptions leave OrbitRx through Surescripts to a LegitScript-certified network of 503A compounding and retail pharmacies. Sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil, compounded combination tablets and troches, topical PE products and libido therapies ship in plain packaging with a neutral return address, with cold chain for products that require it. Medication is passed through at 0% markup. Where a program adds a controlled substance, EPCS with two-factor identity proofing is already live.
Orbit Labs for STI panels and hormone workups
A provider orders the panel. The patient collects it as a Quest or Labcorp walk-in with an order slip, a Tasso at-home kit shipped by FedEx, or a mobile phlebotomy visit. Results route to the ordering provider, who reads them into the plan and initiates treatment, partner guidance or referral. Your storefront can also carry a patient self-order lab catalog for screening panels, testosterone and metabolic markers, with results always read by a provider.
OrbitOS for the operator
One console for encounters, prescriptions, lab status, refills, video bookings and patient messages. Your team sees which visits are waiting on a provider, which STI kits have not come back, which subscriptions are due for re-evaluation and where turnaround is slipping by state. Nothing clinical is editable by the brand; everything operational is visible.
Storefront, app, developer surface and ad certification
A branded storefront with checkout and subscriptions, a native iOS and Android app, and a REST API with webhooks and a React SDK for teams that want to keep their own front end. A public MCP server lets your internal tools query program state. Managed LegitScript certification for your brand is included: we prepare, file and manage the application through approval, typically days once filed, with the decision resting with LegitScript.
Economics and where the program can go next
Sexual health programs are high-volume subscription businesses with thin per-order margins, which is why the commercial terms matter more here than in most categories. The terms below are the same for every brand, and the expansion paths are the ones our operators most often take once ED is stable.
| Platform fee | A flat platform fee scoped at onboarding based on programs, states and volume. No per-visit fee, no per-prescription fee and no percentage of revenue. |
|---|---|
| Medication and labs | Medication passes through at 0% markup, which is what makes a competitively priced online ED prescription workable. Lab pricing is quoted per program at onboarding; there is no published lab rate card. |
| Ownership | The brand is merchant of record, owns the patients and the data, and can export both. No exit fee, month-to-month after onboarding. |
| Add hair loss and TRT | Finasteride, minoxidil and testosterone programs share the same intake, provider pool and pharmacy network; most men's sexual health brands add at least one within the first quarter, and TRT reuses the Orbit Labs workflow already in place. |
| Add women's sexual wellness | Libido, vaginal health and menopause programs run on the same stack with separate intake, a separate product menu and the same follow-up workflow, which turns a men's brand into a couples or household brand. |
| Add routine STI screening subscriptions | Quarterly or on-demand STI panels through Orbit Labs give a program a recurring lab line that does not depend on a prescription, with a provider reading every result. |
Frequently asked questions
- Can a patient get an online ED prescription legally in 2026?
- As of September 2026, yes, in every state, provided a provider licensed in the patient's state evaluates the patient through a modality that state permits. Many states allow an asynchronous questionnaire review for a non-controlled medication such as sildenafil or tadalafil; others require a video visit first. Orbit Intake routes each encounter to the right modality automatically. This is general information, not legal or medical advice.
- Are sildenafil and tadalafil controlled substances?
- No. PDE5 inhibitors are prescription-only but not scheduled, so the DEA telemedicine rules for controlled substances do not apply. They are still Rx-only, which is why the FDA regularly warns against supplements found to contain hidden sildenafil or tadalafil. If a program adds testosterone or another scheduled product, OrbitRx already supports EPCS with two-factor identity proofing.
- How is fulfillment kept discreet?
- Prescriptions route to a LegitScript-certified 503A compounding or retail pharmacy that ships in plain packaging with a neutral shipper name, and the patient portal and app carry your brand, not a clinic name. Statements show the merchant of record, which is your brand, so you control what appears on the card statement.
- Can I advertise a telehealth erectile dysfunction program on Google and Meta?
- Generally yes, with conditions. Google requires LegitScript certification for online pharmacies and many telehealth advertisers, and all major platforms apply adult-content and health-claims review to sexual health copy. Managed LegitScript certification is included in every MyOrbitHealth contract; we prepare, file and manage the application, approval typically takes days once filed, and LegitScript makes the final decision. Certification opens the door, and your creative still has to pass policy review.
- Does the platform support STI testing?
- Yes. A provider orders the panel through Orbit Labs, the patient collects it at a Quest or Labcorp location, with a Tasso at-home kit or by mobile phlebotomy, and the ordering provider reads the result, starts treatment where appropriate and handles any reporting obligation. Your storefront can also list a patient self-order catalog for screening. Lab pricing is quoted per program, not published.
- What does it cost to run a sexual wellness telehealth brand on MyOrbitHealth?
- There is a flat platform fee scoped at onboarding, no revenue share, 0% medication markup and no exit fee, with month-to-month terms after onboarding. We do not publish a figure because scope depends on programs, states and volume; the number is fixed before you sign.
