Accessibility statement
Healthcare software has to work for everyone who needs care. This is our conformance target, how we test against it, what we know is imperfect, and how to reach a human about it.

Need an accommodation?
Email accessibility@myorbithealth.com or hello@myorbithealth.com describing the barrier, the page or screen, and the assistive technology you use. We aim to respond within three business days and to offer an accessible alternative while we remediate.
01
Our commitment
MyOrbit Health, Inc. is working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA for this marketing site and for the patient, brand, and provider portals. We treat accessibility as a functional requirement of healthcare software, informed by the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 and 1557 obligations that apply to our partner clinics.
02
What we do
- Semantic HTML with landmark structure, a single descriptive page heading, and correct heading order.
- Keyboard operability for all interactive controls, with visible focus indicators and no keyboard traps.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative imagery marked so screen readers skip it.
- Color contrast targets that meet or exceed WCAG AA for body text and interface controls.
- Respect for reduced-motion preferences on animated sections.
- Accessible names and roles on custom components, dialogs, and form fields with programmatic labels and error messaging.
03
How we test
We combine automated auditing in development with manual keyboard-only passes and screen-reader spot checks on primary flows. Automated tooling catches only a fraction of real barriers, so reports from people using assistive technology carry more weight than a tool score, and we prioritize them accordingly.
04
Known limitations
We publish limitations rather than claim perfection:
- Some marketing pages use decorative motion and layered visuals that may reduce clarity at high zoom levels.
- Embedded third-party content — including our scheduling widget and video players — is governed by the vendor's own accessibility conformance, which we monitor but do not control.
- Certain data-dense tables require horizontal scrolling on narrow viewports.
If any of these prevents you from completing a task, contact us and we will provide the same information or service through another channel, including by phone or email.
