# MyOrbitHealth FAQ

### Who holds the medical license and prescribing authority?
Our partner provider network. Each provider is independently licensed in the state of the patient visit. MyOrbitHealth is the technology layer — we do not practice medicine.

### Is the platform HIPAA compliant? Do you sign a BAA?
Yes. HIPAA compliant by design, with encryption in transit and at rest, audit logging, and role-based access controls. BAAs are available with every customer contract.

### Is the pharmacy network LegitScript certified?
Yes. All partner pharmacies are LegitScript-certified, DEA-registered where applicable, and audited quarterly.

### Which states are you live in?
All 50 states for general telehealth. Controlled-substance categories vary by state — a live coverage matrix per category is available in the partner console.

### How does data residency and PHI handling work?
PHI is stored in US-region encrypted databases and never leaves our infrastructure. Data export and deletion APIs are available, and we honor patient rights requests within statutory windows.

### What's the integration model — API, SDK, or hosted?
All three. REST API and webhooks for custom builds, a React SDK for embedded experiences, and a fully white-labeled hosted clinic for partners who want to launch in days.

### Do you take a revenue share or mark up medication?
No. MyOrbitHealth charges a flat platform fee scoped at onboarding. Medication passes through at pharmacy cost with 0% markup, and we never take a percentage of your revenue.

### Who owns the patients and the data?
You do. Patient relationships, records and data belong to your brand, with export available at any time, and you are the merchant of record so revenue settles to your own processor. There is no exit or termination fee, and terms are month-to-month after onboarding.

### Do you handle lab testing?
Yes. Orbit Labs lets a licensed provider order a panel and the patient choose how it is collected: a walk-in order slip for Quest Diagnostics or Labcorp, a Tasso at-home kit returned by FedEx, or mobile phlebotomy at their location. The provider reads the result into the patient's plan, and patients can self-order panels from a lab catalog on your storefront.

### Do you help with LegitScript certification?
Yes. Beyond routing prescriptions through a LegitScript-certified pharmacy network, MyOrbitHealth prepares, files and manages your brand's own LegitScript certification application through approval, typically in days once filed rather than months. Certification is decided by LegitScript and is not guaranteed.

### Do you publish pricing?
We publish the model, not a price list: a flat platform fee scoped to your verticals, states and volume, 0% medication markup, no revenue share, no exit fee. Book a demo for a scoped quote.
